Services

North Dakota Health Tracks

Health Tracks is a preventative health program for children ages 0 to 21 who qualify for North Dakota Medicaid. Our pediatric clinicians provide comprehensive assessments, including physical exams, hearing and vision checks, dental exams with fluoride, health education, speech and language evaluations, developmental testing, mental health assessments, immunizations, orthodontic screenings, and case management for referrals. Screenings are available to all children eligible for North Dakota Medicaid.

Immunizations

We believe that vaccines are safe and effective and that childhood immunization is the most important health-promoting and disease-preventing intervention we can provide your child. As pediatricians serving the Fort Totten, ND community, the health of our patients is our top priority and it is our duty to protect every child in our practice. Education Program

Our education program tracks a child's growth and development from birth to age 5 using two methods: Ages & Stages Questionnaires completed by a parent/guardian and Brigance screening conducted by our education staff. We also provide developmental testing, education referrals, autism diagnostic referrals, home-based education services, and recruit children from birth to age 5. Collaborating with pediatricians, early intervention programs, schools, and Head Start, we ensure all information remains confidential. You will be informed of the results, and participation is voluntary with no cost to parents.
